I'm looking for a role where I can contribute dependable warehouse, inventory, order-processing, or customer support skills, work well with a team, meet deadlines, and continue growing in a fast-paced environment.

I'm currently keeping hardware materials organized at Sheffield Hardware, receiving inventory, preparing customer orders, assisting customers, and operating forklifts to move heavy materials safely.

I've also supported customers for Instacart and Verizon, resolving order, payment, delivery, billing, technical, and account issues through inbound calls. I document interactions accurately, follow support procedures, and escalate complex cases when needed.
