I’m a Senior Online ESL & Corporate/Technical English Expert and Business Manager, with 20+ years of academic experience that;s built on a strong foundation in English and Psychology, plus practical IT and network engineering knowledge. I specialise in adult behavioural psychology to reduce linguistic anxiety and help corporate trainees communicate with confidence and authority. I also specialised in English Training.

I design customised, role-specific business curricula for presentations, corporate emails, cross-border workflows, and team communication—then deliver highly actionable coaching by translating complex technical industry jargon into clear, executive-ready language.
