Shaun Hettinger

I’m a Podcast Production Lead overseeing end-to-end production across a portfolio of 30–60 active podcast series, from concept development through final delivery. I manage and direct a distributed team of recording engineers, editors, and producers to keep quality consistent and delivery on time.

I develop and implement scalable production workflows that improve turnaround time while maintaining high creative standards. As the primary client interface, I guide show development—format, tone, branding, and creative direction—while collaborating through iterative feedback cycles, managing revisions and approvals through final delivery. I also personally handle complex or high-priority projects, including advanced audio/video editing, troubleshooting, and creative problem-solving, while overseeing the full post-production pipeline (audio mixing, video editing, music integration, and animated intros/outros).

In parallel, I work as a Composer/Producer creating original scores for film, television, and interactive media, with clients including Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, Star Wars, and Fortnite. My composition and sound design background supports a cinematic, story-first approach to audio production across mediums, and I pair this with a creative foundation from USC (BFA, Graphic Design; Minor in Interactive Multimedia) and studies in London at Chelsea College of the Arts / Central Saint Martins.
