At QuickSeat, I lead engineering across a hospitality SaaS platform, taking core products from architecture through production. I built an in-house AI engine that enables conversational analysis and interaction with business data.
I also developed Instagram and WhatsApp chatbots to automate customer interactions, and integrated marketing and analytics capabilities with reservation data. My work spans hospitality workflows including reservations, payments, customer profiles and capacity management.
At Alemeno, I led the migration of a legacy digital forms platform to Flutter, reducing maintenance overhead by 75% and accelerating feature delivery by 60%. I also worked on applications across IoT, healthcare and enterprise, including a TensorFlow Lite-powered computer vision application and an ESP32-based IoT solution.
