At Test IO, I completed software testing training focused on exploratory testing, identifying application defects, and writing structured bug reports with reproduction steps and screenshots.
As a Genomics Researcher at Montclair State University, I investigated Helitron-like genetic elements in Cryphonectria parasitica using sequence analysis and RT-PCR. The data was later used to construct a genetic-sequencing prediction tool for identifying helitrons in other fungal species.
At Montclair State University, I also studied simple sequence repeats in Marchantia polymorpha using DNA extraction, PCR, gel electrophoresis, and primer design. My other experience includes designing advertisements and signage at Pikë Promotions and conducting structured research surveys at Global Data Collections Company.
