I’m a Production Supervisor and Maintenance Engineer with expertise in battery energy storage systems (BESS), electric vehicle (EV) battery solutions, and thermal management systems. I lead production and assembly of diverse battery solutions from 12V to 450V, while managing BMS assembly, cell architecture development, and connector selection processes.

In my current role, I oversee EVTOL (Electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing) battery pack production for passenger drones (51V, 96V configurations) and marine battery solutions including 96V 75Ah and 96V 100Ah high-capacity systems. I also conduct cell cycling testing and analysis across multiple cell types (EVE, Highstar, etc.), with 1000+ cycles completed, and I apply comprehensive data analysis and battery lifecycle prediction modeling.

I’m especially focused on testing and optimizing Thermal Management Systems (TMS) for high-current applications to enhance battery lifespan. Previously, as a Maintenance Engineer, I ensured optimal equipment performance at solar installation sites through preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
