I've built EV battery and powertrain models through internships at DRP Ecomate Solutions and hands-on MATLAB/Simulink projects.
At DRP Ecomate Solutions, I worked on vehicle physical modeling, battery packs, drive cycles, SOC estimation, passive cell balancing, charging and discharging, and thermal analysis. I also supported BMS design and EV motor-control studies using Simulink and Simscape Battery.
My 4S Li-ion BMS project monitors individual cell voltage, pack current, and temperature, using an Extended Kalman Filter for SOC estimation and resistor-switch circuits for passive balancing. I also designed a solar-powered grass cutter with solar charging, a Li-ion battery, and BMS-based power management.
At Premier Energies, I gained exposure to solar-module manufacturing, testing, and quality checks. I'm seeking an entry-level EV, battery engineering, power electronics, or automotive engineering role where I can build safe and efficient electric-mobility solutions.
