At Tieto, I develop and maintain C#/.NET Web APIs for the Sedgwick Claims Management System, supporting insurance claims intake, validation, and business workflows across the LAC region.

I've modernized legacy VB.NET and .NET Framework applications toward modern .NET and API-based architecture. I also developed Angular, Web API, and SQL Server modules for claim worksheet processing.

For reporting and batch jobs, I optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes, reducing query execution time by 20% for key jobs. I also designed Dapper-based data-access components backed by SQL Server stored procedures.
