I am Shanika Perera, a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional with extensive experience in financial management, auditing, and strategic planning. I earned my MBA with Merit from the University of the West of England and graduated with a second upper division B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Certified as a Passed Finalist from CIMA and having completed the Corporate Level at ICASL, my educational background has provided a strong foundation in all aspects of accounting and financial management.

Over the years, I have held significant roles at internationally recognized organizations including the London Stock Exchange Group, Arimac Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, and Ernst & Young. These positions have honed my skills in financial analysis, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Notably, my role as a Senior Accountant at Cayto Group LLC involved managing complex billing operations and financial statement preparations, which improved the company's financial accuracy and reporting efficiency.

My technical proficiency spans a wide range of financial software and ERP systems including Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics Nav ERP, and Odoo ERP, enabling me to adapt quickly to different financial environments and optimize accounting processes.
