At DXC Technology, I support Linux/UNIX servers across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments, helping maintain service reliability and meet SLAs.
I handle infrastructure incidents and service requests by investigating alerts and logs, isolating faults, and documenting resolutions. My work also includes server provisioning, patching, backup and restoration support, and OS hardening.
In my current role, I administer and support AWS resources, including EC2 instances, IAM roles and policies, and storage. I also collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams on environment issues.
On the Linux/UNIX Administration Automation project at DXC Technology, I created Bash scripts for health checks, SSH audit-log reviews, monitoring, and performance checks, and supported automated alerts and reporting.
