What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine operations, IT support, and data analytics to improve KPIs and decisions. I want hands-on work using Excel and insights to drive efficiency, customer engagement, and measurable business growth.

I’m an operations-focused professional who keeps work moving—overseeing daily business operations, monitoring KPIs, and delivering operational reports that help senior management make better decisions. I bring a continuous-improvement mindset, identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and service delivery.

I also support technology outcomes through hands-on IT work. I provided first-line and second-line technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and I handled installations, configurations, and maintenance to ensure secure, reliable IT operations with minimal downtime.

Beyond operations and IT, I’ve applied marketing and customer-facing skills to drive results. As a Marketer & Inventory Manager, I managed inventory levels, prevented stockouts through stock audits, supported marketing campaigns, and maintained accurate product listings to improve customer experience and sales performance.

Most recently, I strengthened my analytical foundation through ALX Africa Data Analytics, building practical skills in data collection, cleaning, and analysis. Using Microsoft Excel for manipulation, visualization, and reporting, I focus on uncovering trends and insights that turn data into action—whether for operations, marketing, or business growth.
