I am a finance professional with over 15 years of experience, currently working at the National Bank of Kuwait in Business Performance Management. I specialize in performance measurement, incentive compensation, budgeting, and variance analysis that drive measurable business improvements.

At NBK I manage scorecards, target setting, variance analysis and performance reporting, and I oversee incentive schemes for approximately 1,000 sales staff. I built reporting spreadsheets and processes that supported performance improvements recorded between 40% and 120% over three to four years.
