I’m seeking a senior procurement or operations leadership role where I can drive efficiency and quality at scale.

At Maalav Mahila Milk Producer Co. Ltd., I hold dual charge as Area Officer and Cluster Manager, handling milk procurement operations across my assigned cluster. I identify milk-surplus villages and design cost-optimized collection routes.

I organize farmers into Milk Producer Groups and build cold chain infrastructure, including Bulk Milk Coolers, to safeguard milk quality. I also maintain milk-testing equipment and provide farmer extension services.

At Mother Dairy Fruits & Vegetables Pvt Ltd., I managed milk procurement and quality testing, coordinated collection and dispatch through route vehicles and BMCs, and used PRISM for procurement tracking and reporting. I received a Letter of Appreciation from Mother Dairy management in 2020.
