I’m looking to lead HSE & sustainability programs that measurably reduce risk, strengthen ISO 45001/OHS performance, and improve safety culture with leaders and contractors through audits, training, and incident prevention.

I’m a highly motivated HSE Practitioner and Business HSE & Sustainability Manager with a proven track record of influencing Leaders, Managers, Workers Union, Contractors, and other stakeholders to embrace the principles of HSE, Sustainability & wellbeing. I combine OHS subject-matter depth with practical leadership to turn safety intent into day-to-day action across shop floors and project sites.

In my current role, I reduced equipment breakdown by 23% through standardization of maintenance works procedures and by updating equipment to meet or exceed international requirements. I also increased 192% leadership team involvement through Sustainability Observation Tours and Life Saving Rules inspections, while managing the development, design, and execution of 6nos. of energy conservation projects and waste management.
