I'm Shaik Md Shabbir, a passionate UI/UX Designer and a recent B.Sc. Computer Science graduate (2024). I specialize in crafting seamless digital experiences and possess strong capabilities in design thinking, user research, and prototyping, gained through comprehensive training from DesignBoat UI/UX School and Accenture's UX certification. I am eager to apply my technical knowledge and collaborative skills to build user-centric solutions. My experience includes spearheading the UI/UX design for a new SaaS platform for an Indonesian digital marketing firm as a freelance designer, where my objective was to significantly increase sales and streamline customer acquisition, requiring me to define and validate user-centric experiences for lead management, subscriptions, and analytics modules. I meticulously conducted user research and competitive analysis, then developed high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to realize these experiences. My efforts focused on improving the platform's effectiveness in driving sales and simplifying the customer acquisition process. Additionally, I led the complete UI/UX design process for a "Mindful Travel" concept as a course project at DesignBoat UI/UX School, aiming to promote sustainable tourism practices. This involved understanding traveler needs and environmental considerations to create an intuitive and engaging user experience for eco-conscious travelers. I conducted user research, empathy mapping, and created user personas, then developed user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma, also designing a responsive interface that encouraged responsible choices. This project effectively showcased my skills in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design within a pertinent, real-world problem space.
