I've spent 18+ years turning financial, payroll, workforce, and business data into structured analysis and management reporting. My work connects complex business questions with validated metrics, clear findings, and practical decisions.

At IRIB, I analyzed employee structures, staffing, duties, payroll, and salary information; investigated inconsistencies; and translated detailed findings for management review. I later analyzed 117 fields across 16,000+ records for pension standardization, contributing to a strategy that improved pension benefits by up to 37% while minimizing organizational costs.

Through freelance work, I build end-to-end analytics projects using SQL, Python, Pandas, Power BI, and Tableau. I develop relational analyses, KPI reporting, statistical exploration, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows while validating outputs against source data and business logic.

I'm expanding into product analytics through ShopSense, designing event-based data for customer journeys, funnels, segmentation, search performance, and A/B-test analysis. In Campus360, I built a normalized database and dashboards while resolving data-integrity issues through relational logic, validation queries, and constraints.
