I am a Senior Technology & Operations Leader with 15+ years building, scaling, and operating mission-critical, high-availability platforms across global markets. I have deep expertise in SRE, cloud-native platforms, DevOps, and operational transformation.

I have led fully remote, multi-region teams and supported products used by 200M+ end users worldwide, improving platform reliability through observability, automation, and standardized incident response. I focus on reducing MTTD/MTTR through structured RCA, resilience testing, and process improvements.

In my recent role as Head of Operations, I owned global operations and solution delivery for platforms serving enterprise customers, drove delivery predictability, and aligned budgeting and financial governance with revenue and margin targets. Previously, I delivered and operated digital distribution platforms across 18 telecom operators with near-zero downtime and strict SLA commitments.

I bring hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, ITIL-oriented delivery, and vendor governance. I partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership to support account growth, renewals, and operational excellence.
