I'm leading procurement for FrieslandCampina Business Group Asia, accountable for €1BN in spend across 2,500 suppliers and seven operating companies. I lead a 50-person team and have set an Asia procurement strategy spanning smart buying, business integration, supplier-led innovation, ESG, talent, and digitization.

My work has delivered €40M in savings for 2025–2026, with a €70M pipeline for 2027–2029, while targeting €100M in hard savings through 2029. I've also led commodity and sourcing strategies for dairy ingredients, tropical oils, and sugar, and negotiated contract manufacturing that deferred €30M in capital expenditure.

Across BP, Maxeon Solar, and Unilever, I've built and transformed global procurement organizations managing multibillion-dollar spend. I've delivered savings through e-auctions, digital marketplaces, design-to-value, strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, and procure-to-pay transformation.
