At Schlumberger, I coordinate communication among customers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and planning teams to support on-time delivery of explosive materials and international shipping compliance. I manage purchase orders from entry through fulfillment and improved follow-up processes to reduce overdue customer orders.
Previously, I managed international drop shipments and improved the TCP 175 workflow, clearing a backlog of country-of-origin documentation. In production, I managed daily assignments as Energetics Lead and trained employees to operate explosive bays, HMI systems, and automated robotic equipment safely.
