I've led treasury, investment operations, and regulatory compliance across commercial banking, asset management, hedge fund services, and capital markets for more than 30 years.

At NBK Capital, I led MENA Asset Management Operations, serving as final reviewer and Level 2 approver for complex multi-asset fund transactions. I strengthened reconciliations, fund reporting, service-provider relationships, and digital workflows using APX, Rules Manager, and WOLC.

Previously at Gulf Investment Corporation, I directed global markets support and fund services, then led internal control for operations. I built risk-mitigation safeguards, supported treasury and post-trade operations, and administered local and regional multi-asset funds.

I'm now an independent consultant advising institutional asset managers, private equity firms, and corporate clients on treasury workflows, fund structures, KYC and AML controls, post-trade operations, and regulatory alignment across the GCC and MENA.
