In my medical record roles at Hasan Sadikin Hospital and Cibabat Hospital, I managed and updated patient medical record data systematically, organized documentation and archives, and verified records for completeness and compliance. I also supported clinic operations as an Administrative & Accounting Assistant, including data entry and financial transaction recording with strong attention to detail.

More recently, as a TELUS Remoting Freelancer Data Specialist, I performed data entry and data annotation, created and managed data queries, and ensured dataset accuracy through structured review. I bring a detail-oriented, adaptable work style and a strong work ethic to data analysis, data administration, and documentation management.
