I've advised startups, investors, and corporates on valuations, fundraising, strategy, and transactions across Asia, the US, Africa, and the Middle East. As co-founder and Board member of Seshadri Nathan Securities, I support value investing, personal finance planning, corporate finance, and startup funding.
At EY Global Delivery Services, I led a 40-person Transaction Advisory Services team supporting MENA and Indian clients through deal analysis, valuations, fairness opinions, modelling, due diligence, and corporate finance strategy. I've also served as Director, Valuation at Numeris in Mauritius, where I valued IP, brands, and businesses for African companies.
I'm a Chartered Accountant, CFA Charterholder, IBBI Registered Valuer, angel investor, startup mentor, and co-author of a textbook on valuation of options. I bring hands-on experience across financial modelling, 409A and ESOP valuations, investment strategy, M&A, and startup pitching.
