Digital Music Production Engineer graduated from Tec de Monterrey with a Master of Arts in Sports Communication from Emerson College in Boston. Over 5 years of experience leading technical operations, live events, audiovisual infrastructure, and managing multidisciplinary teams. Specialized in the end-to-end planning and execution of technical productions: live audio mixing, backline integration, audiovisual projection, and sound reinforcement. Proactive and dedicated to high-standard guest and client service, with a proven track record in inventory management, budget optimization, external vendor coordination, and rapid technical troubleshooting under demanding hospitality and corporate environments.
At EOS IT Solutions (Stripe Project), I coordinate workflows for AV technicians and oversee equipment across more than 100 spaces. I’ve managed and resolved over 1,000 technical requirements and incidents with a 99% SLA resolution rate.
I developed Standard Operating Procedures and hands-on training focused on preventive maintenance and customer service. My work also includes inventory oversight and preventive maintenance for spaces equipped with distributed audio, Shure wireless microphones, Q-SYS DSP processors, and networked AV.
At The Kraft Group (Gillette Stadium / New England Patriots), I planned, built, operated, and struck live-event AV setups for private events, brand activations, and press conferences. I selected equipment to suit each venue’s acoustic and operational constraints.
My broadcast and live-sound work includes operating production systems for Harvard University sports broadcasts and mixing front-of-house and broadcast audio for Harvard Athletics and Premier Lacrosse League events.
Earlier, at B&N Exposiciones, I directed on-site operations and technical build-outs for trade shows hosting over 45,000 attendees.
