Sergey Simonyan

At the Procurement Department of Yerevan Municipality Staff, I coordinated public procurement processes as Leading Procurement Specialist and later supervised procedures, contracts, and documentation as Chief Procurement Specialist.

Earlier, at the Department of Construction and Improvement of Yerevan Municipality Staff, I prepared and managed procurement bids and procedures. I also verified financial documentation and contract guarantees, and oversaw project contract financing and departmental budget distribution.

My studies in Financial Mathematics and Finance inform my interest in quantitative analysis and data-driven decision-making. I’m pursuing a Master of Informatics Sciences in Management of Artificial Intelligence Solutions at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.

I co-developed and participated in the Erasmus+ youth exchange project “IceMenia: Two Lands, One Journey – Exploring Mental Health and Self-Care,” which brought young people from Armenia and Iceland together for intercultural learning about mental health, resilience, and self-care.
