I'm a Doctor of Medicine graduate from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Ho Chi Minh City, with a foundation in general practice.

My clinical and academic interests connect mental health, sleep medicine, neuroscience, psychology, and lifestyle medicine. I'm particularly curious about how sleep, emotional processes, behavior, and the unconscious shape human well-being.

I want to deepen my understanding of mental health through evidence-based medicine and psychological perspectives, including Carl Jung's analytical psychology.

I've played violin for 13 years, and I also explore the connections among artistic experience, music, psychological processes, and health. My long-term goal is to combine scientific rigor with a broader understanding of human experience.
