At Vodafone, I established the global Penetration Testing Centre of Excellence, turning a fragmented testing capability into a governed, standardised function with consistent methodologies, quality standards and strategic oversight.
As Lead of the Centre of Excellence, I set global penetration testing standards and lead the technical direction of an internal testing platform and its automation. I also support strategic transformation programmes, including cloud migrations and new customer data-centre infrastructure.
Previously, as UK Penetration Testing Team Lead at Vodafone, I expanded testing capabilities, improved coverage and introduced reporting standards focused on remediation outcomes. I also led hiring, line management, development and technical mentoring for the UK team.
At PA Consulting, I delivered infrastructure and cloud penetration testing and specialist container security consultancy. Earlier, at CGI, I tested environments for energy, defence, telecommunications and central government clients, and developed the team’s container security testing methodology.
