At GRUPO LEVAPAN, I registered and notified production orders, material consumption, and finished and semi-finished products in SAP S/4HANA. I documented production deviations and worked with supervisors to investigate their causes.
I also tracked efficiency and yield indicators, managed controlled-substance inventories, and reported information through SICOQ. Previously, I operated the plant’s hydrolyzed vegetable protein process, monitoring production variables and following quality, safety, and sanitation procedures.
