I am a seasoned QA Analyst and Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with extensive experience in building robust testing infrastructures and developing eLearning solutions. My career spans over two decades, during which I have honed my skills in test automation, technical documentation, and data analysis across various industries, including telecommunications and software development.

At the City of Seattle, I successfully built an end-to-end test infrastructure that streamlined testing processes for multiple projects. My role at The Walt Disney Company involved creating comprehensive documentation and training for testing tools, ensuring that all team members were well-equipped to maintain high-quality standards. I am passionate about leveraging technology to enhance user experience and improve operational efficiency.
