At General Motors IT, I built and maintained features for a massive CRM web application integrated with more than 200 internal microservices.
I developed testing protocols that reduced user tickets by alerting developers when changes could break features. I also optimized customer- and call-center-facing applications by untangling overlapping microservice usage to reduce load times.
I've worked closely with cross-functional teams through pull requests, sprint demos, reviews, and microservice integrations. I maintained translations, accessibility testing, and unit tests while helping new team members succeed through collaborative coding sessions.
As founder and president of the Aurora Game Development Club at Georgia State University, I built a student organization that introduced hundreds of students to game development. I organized Agile-style meetings, created Discord collaboration tools and a convention game launcher, and led recruitment efforts that brought roughly 150 students and a professor to the first meeting.
