What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own RMF/authorization execution end to end—SSPs, POA&Ms, ATO packages, eMASS, and continuous monitoring—while leading stakeholder alignment, corrective-action roadmaps, and risk-based security decisions in a high-trust DoD environment.

I’m an Information Systems Security Officer / Security Authorization Expert with current Navy ISSO and cyber lead experience, plus Navy Qualified Validator credentials. I bring deep DoD RMF/ATO execution across enterprise, cloud, enclave, RDT&E, platform IT, and weapon-support environments, and I’m a strong match for CACI day-to-day authorization ownership.

I own and coordinate day-to-day cybersecurity posture activities—aligning RMF execution with operational priorities and risk posture—covering SSP development and maintenance, POA&M tracking, ATO package compilation, continuous monitoring, and eMASS workflow management. I also support control validation with ISSE/SecOps teams, SAP/SAR coordination, supply-chain risk planning, and corrective-action roadmaps, backed by CISM, PMP, Security+, and NQV certifications.
