At Knowledge Commons LLC, I review federal grant applications, translate funding announcements into reviewer-ready guidance, and prepare complete application packages. My FY25 grant writing secured $1.5M+ in awards for nonprofit clients.
For the U.S. Department of Labor, I’ve served as a grant panel reviewer twice, most recently for the Workforce Opportunity for Rural Communities (WORC) Round 7 competition. I score applications against published criteria and document panel recommendations under conflict-of-interest and confidentiality protocols.
At U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, I managed the $20M annual Citizenship and Integration Grant Program, funding 88 nonprofit organizations each year. I coordinated competitive reviews and monitored awards through administration and closeout.
I also serve as a founding board member, treasurer, and secretary of The Family Place PCS, providing fiduciary oversight of its $3M+ annual budget. My work spans adult education, workforce development, and federal grant compliance.
