In my role, I design end-to-end BI solutions and data models to support cost control, resource tracking, and process automation. I’ve built interactive Qlik Sense and Power BI dashboards for visibility into onboarding requests, order variance, milestone delivery performance, and operational KPIs—plus drill-downs and dynamic measures that help stakeholders act faster.

I also strengthen reporting workflows with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Excel VBA—reducing manual effort and standardizing decision-making (for example, delay code classification and automated alerting). Previously, as a Project Manager and Data Analyst in manufacturing, I led cross-functional execution using Agile methods and delivered KPI dashboards, quality audits, and root-cause analysis to drive improvements.
