At Express Fab USA, I architected a Python-based DFM automation framework that turns customer Gerber datasets into assembly-ready PCB panels. It reduced engineering preparation time from 15 minutes to 30 seconds per design.
I also integrated barcode generation and silkscreen rendering into fabrication outputs for automated panel tracking and manufacturing traceability. A CAD-agnostic pipeline processes Gerber, drill, centroid, and BOM data from multiple EDA toolchains.
At Winwinlabs, I developed production firmware for ESP32-S3 IoT systems, bringing together sensor acquisition, network connectivity, and real-time data streaming for remote monitoring. I created an event-driven framework that supported more than 20 concurrent sensors, communication services, and user interactions.
I also delivered secure OTA updates and persistent configuration management, and designed and validated custom hardware platforms. My projects include a Sobel filter accelerator integrated with ARM HPS that reduced latency by 14%, as well as embedded sensor, robotics, and custom PCB work.
