At Tech Mahindra, I consult on UX work for CRST Logistics, applying AI-enabled research, ideation, rapid prototyping, and validation. I collaborate with business and product stakeholders to identify experience gaps and develop practical UX solutions.
Earlier at Tech Mahindra, I managed a team of seven UX, Interaction, and Visual Designers, facilitated Design Thinking workshops, and developed UX roadmaps and Design Systems. At Cisco Systems, I supported product innovation through research, ideation, and end-user evaluations; I also contributed to UX work for Dubai MoHRE.
