At Tata Consultancy Services Limited, I developed enterprise GenAI applications for Finance and E-commerce, including chatbots, AI copilots, Text-to-SQL solutions, and knowledge assistants. I built RAG applications using enterprise documents, databases, product catalogues, policies, and internal knowledge sources.
For the JPMorgan finance chatbot, I implemented document retrieval with embeddings and vector search, and added source citations, fallback responses, and hallucination controls. I also developed backend APIs with Python and FastAPI and used LangChain and Azure OpenAI for GenAI workflows.
