At HSBC Life Singapore, I design and deliver enterprise AI platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP for secure, scalable production AI applications.
I build LLM and RAG solutions using Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, vector databases, semantic search, LangChain, LangGraph, and Model Context Protocol. I also lead proofs of concept for Generative AI, Agentic AI, enterprise search, AI copilots, and intelligent automation.
Previously at Standard Chartered Bank, I designed Temenos-based solutions, integrated products with enterprise systems, and led cloud architecture, migration, security, and modernization initiatives. At Citi Bank, I led DevOps engineers, established build and release pipelines, and delivered scalable, cost-effective solutions across projects.
