What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a full-time ServiceNow development role in Japan where I can build ITSM workflows, automation, integrations, and ServiceNow applications while continuing to grow my platform and enterprise-systems skills.

I've implemented ServiceNow ITSM processes at Norah Innovative Solutions, covering Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Service Catalog Management. I use JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions to automate and audit business processes.

I'm building custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and incident automation in a Personal Developer Instance while pursuing a full-time ServiceNow development role in Japan. I bring business-fluent English, Japanese N2-level capability, and experience collaborating across Japanese engineering teams.
