At Jumia and Kilimall, I managed routine online shop activities and checked product listings and details for accuracy and consistency.

I monitored stock availability and updated shop information to help prevent stock-related cancellations. I also followed platform procedures and handled operational issues involving listings, orders, and quality-control requirements.

As a Part-Time Waitress at The Spritz, I welcomed customers, took orders accurately, and served drinks. I communicated customer requests clearly and responded to questions.

I'm an Economics and Statistics undergraduate at KCA University, fluent in written and spoken Kiswahili and English. I'm familiar with Sheng and colloquial expressions, and I'm interested in supporting AI training through careful text review, data labeling, and consistent application of project guidelines.
