At CIUSSS CCSMTL SAD, I work as a kinesiologist supporting people through training programs and healthy lifestyle interventions. I’ve worked with diverse clienteles, including expecting mothers and senior citizens with chronic diseases.
At CIUSSS, I led successful pilot projects with Santé Québec to create kinesiology positions within multidisciplinary Home Care and CHSLD teams. I’ve also supervised and evaluated kinesiology interns, providing training and performance reports to affiliated universities.
For my master’s research at the University of Montreal, I investigated how quercetin affects TGFβ signaling in a triple-negative breast cancer model, including its anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic effects. I also competed as an elite figure skater and won a silver medal at the World Championship Junior in 2007–08.
