I’m a Detail-oriented QA Tester with hands-on experience in manual testing, bug reporting, and product analysis across mobile and web platforms. I focus on identifying system issues, improving user experience, and supporting product quality through clear testing and documentation.

In my current role as a Product Specialist / Operations Specialist / QA Tester at IGO Digital High Technology, Inc., I analyze system performance, operational reports, and user feedback to pinpoint issues and improve product quality. I document and track bugs with clear reproduction steps, run quality assurance checks for product standards and system reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and efficiency.

Previously, I worked at Ipayu Philippines Inc. as a Front-End Developer / QA Software Tester / Admin Staff, where I designed and developed UI components using the Ionic framework and performed manual testing and debugging for web and mobile applications. I created test cases and documented results, identified bugs and usability issues, and also supported team operations through maintained documentation—plus I’ve applied my strengths to game testing by reporting gameplay bugs, UI inconsistencies, and performance issues.
