At Health Services I&IT Cluster – OPS, I led an end-to-end redesign of a SharePoint intranet and self-service portal, from information architecture and user flows to interactive prototypes. The redesign improved site retention from 36% to 94% for 80+ branch staff.
I researched workflows with staff across CACCs, paramedic units, and field offices, then used those findings to validate design decisions against the Ontario Digital Service Standard. I also evaluated emergency health services applications against WCAG 2.1 AA and human-factors best practices.
At Canadore College Research Centre, I led qualitative and quantitative research on 10,000+ student records for an ONCAT-funded initiative. I created Power BI and SQL data visualizations to make findings explorable for stakeholders and the Research Ethics Board.
At Mantra Softech India Pvt Ltd, I designed end-to-end UX/UI for an iOS and Android biometric-capture application used by 3M+ users across five countries. I also partnered with product teams to improve dashboard usability and implemented real-time communication architecture using MQTT/EMQX.
