At Hawky’s founding team, I led client insight and reporting across 4 enterprise accounts by combining Copilot + external LLMs to deliver tailored ad-performance and campaign strategy reports, leading 2 of 5 clients toward conversion intent. I also designed and launched a weekly Competitive Intelligence Report system that reactivated ~50% of previously inactive users and increased platform usage and engagement, and I created UI for a Copilot natural language chat & image editor that drove a 30% increase in client acquisition. Alongside this, I led design across 5 core modules (onboarding flows, Command Center dashboard, creative fatigue analysis, and Competitive Intel UX revamp), and I served as the primary design liaison for onboarded accounts—translating customer insights into product decisions.
