At Thermo Fisher Scientific, I built a RAG-based incident resolution copilot and presented the proposal to senior management. I also designed the technical feasibility and architecture for generative AI prototypes, including an LLM-based form-testing tool and a ServiceNow email-to-ticket assistant.
Previously, at Accenture, I developed requirements for a greenfield global SAP S/4 HANA implementation and provided post-Go-Live support. In personal projects, I built a RAG copilot with hybrid retrieval and a real-time ML inference system with model rollouts, monitoring, and CI/CD.
