Through my Rural Agriculture Work Experience Program, I conducted demonstrations and exhibitions for farmers on improved agricultural practices and technologies. My field visits covered cereal, vegetable, and horticultural farms, where I assessed pest and disease pressure.
During my field training, I planned and executed IPM-based crop protection programs and supported pesticide and fertilizer trial comparisons. I also collected trial data, maintained crop observation records, and prepared performance reports for review.
At RSK Raitha Sampark Kendra, I assisted with farmer support services, agricultural advisory, and input distribution. I also participated in rural outreach with Sarvodaya Integrated Rural Development Society and gained exposure to field trials and technology dissemination through the KVK and Agriculture Research Station attachment programme.
