What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a role where I can apply my healthcare revenue cycle, claims resolution, and EDI enrollment experience, contribute to organizational growth, learn new technologies, and expand my knowledge in a rapidly changing field.

I’ve supported US healthcare revenue cycle operations at EMDS, CureMD RCM Services, Pacific Healthcare, and CGM Aria, resolving claims, following up on accounts receivable, and working directly with US insurance companies.

At Pacific Healthcare, an Access Healthcare company, I worked as a Senior AR Analyst and SME. I researched claim issues, resolved denials and reprocessing needs, educated teammates on process changes, and communicated with clients daily to resolve issues.

I currently work in EDI enrollment, creating ERA and EDI enrollments for clients while helping new teammates understand software and process workflows.

I bring hands-on knowledge of the full revenue management cycle, claim analysis, team training, and healthcare process improvement. I’m committed to learning new technologies and working effectively in changing, high-pressure environments.
