What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build reliable, high-availability digital products through automation-first QA, cross-functional Agile collaboration, live-production validation, and opportunities to improve quality practices while mentoring teams.

I've built and maintained Selenium WebDriver, Java, and TestNG automation suites for GlobalLogic India's OTT products, achieving 98% test coverage and reducing defect leakage by 30%.

I support reliable live streaming at scale, including Tokyo Summer Olympics 2020, and have maintained 99% uptime during high-demand international events. Across GlobalLogic and Huawei Technologies, I've validated IPTV and OTT platforms through functional, regression, API, backend, cross-device, and production-monitoring testing.

I work closely with developers, product managers, and third-party teams to improve delivery, resolve root causes, and mentor QA engineers. I'm also trained in product management and bring practical experience with Agile/Scrum, Jenkins CI/CD, Jira, and data-informed A/B testing.
