India

Message

At Conga, I contribute to the platform with .NET 8, AWS, Azure Linux, TiDB, Elasticsearch, and AWS OpenSearch. My current work includes developing outbound email capabilities with SendGrid and implementing inbound email processing.

I also developed and maintained enterprise search capabilities using AWS OpenSearch, working on indexing, mappings, queries, and data migration. I tuned performance and resolved indexing and query issues.

At NEXUSLINK SERVICES INDIA PVT. LTD., I led and contributed to several products, including building serverless call-centre capabilities for Use Direct. Earlier, I worked on GIS and utility platforms at CYBAGE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS and case-management and family-services solutions at PRIYA SOFTWEB SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD.
