At Standard Chartered GBS, I owned the CFO-level cost report and dashboard during an Oracle-to-SAP migration, coordinating with cross-functional teams to keep decision support available.
I led P&L cost variance analysis across countries and built monthly MIS dashboards and management commentary for senior leadership. I also developed interim mapping solutions to address reporting gaps caused by system constraints.
At Prasar Bharati, I redesigned the Internal Expenditure Report, delivering INR 0.46m in FY23 cost savings and improving reporting accuracy. I also proposed enhancements to Internal Reporting Standards and developed a content procurement RFP template aligned with GFR-2017 guidelines.
