At Siemens, I lead design activities for industrial steam-turbine development, including the successful R2 conceptual design phase of SST-400EP_PD_Ext.
I work on efficient turbine designs of up to 65 MW with optimized cost. On the IS-120 nozzle-casing performance-improvement project, my team achieved a good improvement in zeta value.
I've also supported SST-300EP Power Density, a 60 MW turbine, across basic design (R3) through final design (R5) under senior guidance.
My mechanical engineering background includes design engineering at Logwell Forge and Siemens, using NX, PLM, Teamcenter 14, Ansys, Abaqus, and AutoCAD for turbine and component development.
