What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior Physician Associate role in primary care where I can independently manage patients, lead mentorship and quality improvement, and contribute to clinical governance with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

I’m a highly motivated Lead Physician Associate with extensive experience in primary care and GP settings since 2022. I independently manage face-to-face and telephone consultations, assess and treat acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice, and develop patient-centred treatment plans.

I lead by example—supervising and mentoring Physician Associates, interns, and students through 1:1 reviews, appraisals, and return-to-work meetings. I also contribute to clinical governance, practice development initiatives, and quality improvement work, including developing and implementing a UTI diagnostic pathway used across two GP practices.

I’m passionate about teaching and service improvement. I’ve supported medical students, PA students, and paramedics during teaching surgery placements, and I collaborate closely with GPs, nurses, and the wider MDT to strengthen continuity of care and patient outcomes. My background also includes hands-on support work in Autism, Learning Disabilities, Acquired Brain Injury, and Mental Health settings.
